1. Defective Products

2. Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind)
Returns for non-defective items are not guaranteed and are only accepted upon prior mutual agreement.
- If we agree to accept a return for a non-defective item, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
3. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items, subject to our standard terms and conditions. Please reach out to our support team to initiate an exchange request.
4. How to Return Your Item
All approved returns and exchanges must be sent to us by mail.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary mailing address and instructions.
- You are responsible for safely packaging the item for its return transit.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 30 days.
